Losing weight, hufff the most stressful question we all ask. How can I shade off those extra pounds and look good for my best BFF wedding,  or my next photo shoot, or just to wear my cutoffs shorts and look hot this season. Why you are not losing weight fast is a question that I am going answer in this article, giving you specific tips on how to change things up and lose weight fast, even faster than you can imagine.

Well, if you surfed the internet for a little bit, you will find things like eat clean, exercise more, which by the way totally true, but it will not get you the result you want and maintain it.

To start a weight loss program, keep the weight off and never have to go crash diets and gain the weight again. You really have to consider theses steps:

this is very important, I want you to really consider this and pay attention to what I am writing. Let’s say that I am overweight and I always see myself as a fat gal who can gain weight just over smelling food. So this exactly what’s going on inside my head: ” I am fat, nothing fits me “, ” I gain weight so easily”, ” I am so desperate to lose weight” ” I can only fit in XXL”. Unfortunately, all these statement send one message to your subconscious:  ” I am so darn fat and I will never be able to lose weight”.

The mind is the dominator when it comes to all our actions, habits and rituals. If you are capable to change the way you think about losing weight, you will be able to get different results. Remember losing weight is all in your head. Look at the formula below:

Next time you are talking to yourself about this particular matter, which is losing weight, Please, Please, I am begging you, be gentle to yourself. Lie to yourself, Say I am skinny, I am skinny. You are going to tell me this a total lie or it’s a scam. Who gives a sh—–t. Your subconscious mind  doesn’t know the difference. As a great start I advice you to get an inspirational book like this one:

Next time you are going to shop for clothes buy your goal size. Trust me by repeating these affirmations, you are training your subconscious to think skinny and find ways, solutions to realize that.

I am not anymore a huge fan of the word diet, because diet means you have to deprive yourself from some foods that you like and deprivation leads to crash diet and gain the weight again, sometimes doubled. Make healthy living a lifestyle. Eat more of this: green, red, and orange.

Low-Carb Vegetables:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Swiss Chard
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Celery

Make this change to your eating habits gradually. And Please do eat your favorite food from time to time, we want to be happy too and happiness is part of well being as well, but in moderation. A good desert alternative like:

one of the biggest mistakes people make when they are trying to lose weight fast  is eating a lot. I really don’t know why we do this to ourselves, especially here in the States, the portions are huge. I think that the Health Department should really control the portions of food served in restaurants and public places.   we can always make small potions controllable by buying smaller plates, or use cups and bowls, like I do.

Exercise:

You don’t have to be a gym freak, or sleep in the gym to lose weight fast. Especially if you just started your weight loss program. Go slow, start with whatever you can do at the gym.

Cardio Workouts for beginners:

  1. Jogging
  2. Treadmill
  3. Running outdoor
  4. walking
  5. Cycling
  6. Swimming

Then, gradually, escalate you level. Every time, you are at the gym do something more. Every little improvement will feel just great and you will stay motivated to lose weight  without getting drained.
