4 Easy Tricks to Protect your Skin this Summer

Your skin is your biggest asset and you really should be aware about this. The skin is the first organ that show signs of aging. This why you should give it a special attention especially in the summer time. Summer is all about beach, sun, and swimming pools. So you should follow a ritual to protect your skin and keep from all imperfections.

1- Wear Sunscreen: Sunscreen is a must in summer time. Don’t ever leave your house without applying sunscreen. It will protect your skin against sun and wrinkles.

2-Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water. Water will keep your skin hydrated. So carry always your bottle of water wherever you go this summer.

3- Eat your salad: Take advantage of all summer veggies and make a great salad. All the water in veggies will help your skin to stay hydrated and glowing.

4-Fall in love with fruits: One of my favorite things to eat in summer is fruits because they are delicious and loaded with vitamins and minerals which will give your skin a natural protective  layer.
