Breakfast is the most important meal in the day. Get this one right and you will never gain a pound in your life. Remember that proverb that says: Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a poor man ? Well it is true and very relevant because just by eating a healthy breakfast you will be able to maintain a healthy weight or lose weight if that is your goal.
My new obsession is breakfast bowls. They are just so good. you can make any combination you desire but it has to be all healthy. If you don’t like to make your own breakfast and you are the lazy type, that’s also fine. There many places now that sells breakfast bowls with tremendous selections to choose from. However, I really like to make my own and you should try to do so as well, because it is so easy. Just buy your favorite fruits, granola, peanut butter,yogurt, REALLY anything healthy goes in there.
