Salmon is one of my favorite foods. It is just a great remedy for skin. Having a diet that includes mostly salmon can turn the clock backwards. It is just like a facelift that you are giving to your face. Salmon is rich in Vitamin B12 and B6. It is also rich in Niacin and good Omega 3 fats. It is the healthiest fish you can eat, but trust me your face will be left dewy, glowing and young, if you have a diet rich in salmon.
